Basecamp Jamestown is mountain land that's already up and running. Electric and Internet is on site, a septic system is permitted for three bedrooms, and two 1,500-gallon cisterns stand ready. Put your RVor Tiny Home on the current pad that has electricity, septic, internet and water connections all ready to hook up to. Awesome spot with gorgeous views. Store the RV in the metal building in the winters. Skip the years of groundwork; this property is ready for you now. There's plenty to enjoy from the moment you arrive. A 1,200-square-foot metal storage building is powered, heated by a wood stove, and engineered with the high ceilings of a two-story structure. There's a slab, a storage container, and RV storage in the large metal storage building. Live and camp on the property this weekend: ride ATVs across your own ground, hike straight off the back where the land abuts Roosevelt National Forest, park the RV and stay under the stars. The location offers something rare: within Jamestown town limits. The Merc is minutes away, yet secluded, with views you'd expect to have to leave town to find. Ten minutes puts you on the Peak to Peak Highway, at the Bar K trails, inside Rocky Mountain National Park, or riding a lift at Eldora. Central City is an easy drive. When you're ready to build, usable building sites are waiting for a mountain home. Until then, the basecamp is already open.
