Incredible Divide Views while listening to South Boulder Creek is absolutely incredible and few properties offer both until now. End of private road privacy, 3+ acres backing 1000's of National Forest Acres giving you hiking trails that start from your doorstep. Loads of wildlife abound like Bear, Deer, Elk, Turkey, and birds often seen are Eagles Ospreys and Hummingbirds.A massive 900sqft of deck are to spend much of the year outside as it's the location of this property that makes it so magical. It overlooks Pactolus Valley and the Lincoln Hills Fly Fishing Club with South Boulder Creek running through it.It's so incredibly peaceful that when the Southern Pacific train runs along the tracks down in the valley below there's a bit of old western nostalgia that's hard not too feel. The Custom Lindal Cedar Home was built in 2001 known for it's excellent craftsmanship, durability, thick windows, high ceilings, prow front for huge views, sun room, open design with master bedroom/bathroom on top floor, along with bedroom and bathroom on main living area and 2 bedrooms (one non conforming) and 1 bathroom in the walkout basement lower floor. It's been a successful vacation rental in years past and can be bought fully furnished to be a STR again if you choose too. A remodel or updates are needed depending on what the new owner would want to do but everything is fully functional and sold as is.There's radiant heat in the main floor and basement and baseboard heat in the top floor which is hardly needed as heat rises and the radiant is so nice on the feet with no need to worry about firewood, chimney's etc. No power lines to the house as they were buried so the views are unobstructed. Large Pine trees and an Aspen Meadow on our 3 acres makes it truly feel like your hours from anywhere although it's only 7 miles to Nederland and another 20 to Boulder. The driveway is steep, that's why the views are so great, best to have AWD or 4WD and be ready to enjoy!
